Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform simple activities in compliance with established procedures, strategies, and methodologies, in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Raise gaps relevant to the SOP/DTP. Escalate to Senior and Team Lead for process alignment.

  • Escalates identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

  • Ability to recognize when tasks or scenarios outside of normal. Raise to senior team member and team lead.

  • Understand which transactions require audit for compliance SOX audit.

  • Assist in the data gathering for report creation.

  • Ensures accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned.

  • Monitor and respond to Employee Centre support simple requests.

  • Understanding task prioritization and ensuring delivery of BAU on day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Time, Payroll and HR processes and procedures is preferred.

  • Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge in using Workday, Oracle, ADP, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms and tools is preferred.

  • Ability to address basic process issues and may suggest applicable solutions. (Problem Solving)
