Job Description

  • Development and implementation of automation, digital reporting, and data management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Define project requirements, monitor progress, and report on relevant KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with project team representatives to gather inputs on data management initiatives and support the implementation of digital processes and automation.

  • Drive the development and integration of digital systems within the broader business framework.

  • Act as a liaison with stakeholders to address issues related to data management and ensure seamless communication.

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned, within the scope of the role, to support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in data management and analysis.

  • Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in English.

  • Expertise in developing automated PowerBI reporting systems, equivalent to the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate level.

  • Proficiency in interpreting and writing DAX and M Code syntax.

  • Solid understanding of Power Platform capabilities, equivalent to the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.

  • Ability to independently undertake detailed analytics and visualise complex datasets.

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL.

  • Capability to develop PowerBI Paginated Reports using PowerBI Report Builder.

  • Ability to independently create PowerApps and utilize Microsoft Fabric Analytical and Data Engineering tools.

  • Good understanding of Construction Industry and current digital technologies involved such as BIM.
