Job Description
Development and implementation of automation, digital reporting, and data management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Define project requirements, monitor progress, and report on relevant KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with project team representatives to gather inputs on data management initiatives and support the implementation of digital processes and automation.
Drive the development and integration of digital systems within the broader business framework.
Act as a liaison with stakeholders to address issues related to data management and ensure seamless communication.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned, within the scope of the role, to support team objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in data management and analysis.
Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Expertise in developing automated PowerBI reporting systems, equivalent to the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate level.
Proficiency in interpreting and writing DAX and M Code syntax.
Solid understanding of Power Platform capabilities, equivalent to the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
Ability to independently undertake detailed analytics and visualise complex datasets.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
Capability to develop PowerBI Paginated Reports using PowerBI Report Builder.
Ability to independently create PowerApps and utilize Microsoft Fabric Analytical and Data Engineering tools.
Good understanding of Construction Industry and current digital technologies involved such as BIM.
