Job Description

At AECOM , we’re seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our Early Careers and Emiratisation hiring initiatives across the Middle East. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next generation of talent while contributing to meaningful national development goals.

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers and strategic partners to build a future-ready workforce. You’ll also represent AECOM across universities, government platforms, and industry events - helping to strengthen our brand and connect with high-potential talent from across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Attraction : Source, screen, and identify top candidates based on hiring manager requirements to support AECOM’s diverse hiring needs.

  • Candidate Evaluation : Conduct phone interviews to assess experience, suitability for roles, and setup interviews with hiring managers.

  • Offer Management : Manage the job offer and negotiation process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

  • Emiratisation Support : Play a key role in achieving AECOM’s Emiratisation targets by identifying and recruiting UAE Nationals who align with our vision.

  • University Engagement : Represent AECOM at university career fairs to promote our brand and attract high-potential talent from UAE institutions.

  • Talent Pipeline Development : Gain exposure to external talent partnerships through LinkedIn, Dubai Govt HR, Mawaheb, NAFIS, and university partnerships.

Qualifications

  1. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Experience - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.

  3. Mindset and Motivation - A strong desire to learn, grow, and actively contribute to AECOM’s Emiratisation efforts through our Fursa Program.

  4. Eligibility - As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law, only UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book will be considered for this role.
